MONDAY – FRIDAY: 10 AM – 2 PM (Any other times: By appointment ONLY: If you need to see us before 10AM, please contact us and we’ll make the necessary arrangements at no extra cost.)
SATURDAY & SUNDAY: Closed
FEDERAL HOLIDAYS: Closed (incl. Labor Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc.), NO exceptions.
1- In case of inclement weather (especially heavy snowstorms) we’ll be closing the shop earlier that afternoon. If you’re picking something up, we’ll let you know in advance.
2- You’re welcome to call ahead to make sure we’ll be available during a certain non-federal holiday.
3- If we’re not at the shop promptly at 10 AM on a certain morning, it’s likely because we’re at a customer’s home. Please call us if it’s urgent and we’ll gladly assist you.
4- In the past, when customers say something along the lines of, “I know you’re closing soon but I’m running behind and should be there in a few minutes,” they usually get here well past our closing time. So we’ve learned to not stay open past our closing time WITHOUT a 24-hour notice, NO exceptions. Just as it to our lovely customers, going home to unwind after work is sacred to us: please respect this.)
