Happy Wife, Happy Life

Whoever first said “happy wife, happy life” somehow predicted the state of my forty-year marriage. It’s happy, but that’s because I try to accommodate my wife’s needs, which have always been bigger than our budget.

Long story short, we’ve been working with Martha for many, many years and she’s been able to alter the occasional shirt and even turn my wife’s crazy (and expensive!) imagination into beautiful and durable clothes she loves to wear (at a price that fortunately fits our budget).
