Price of Jacket Waived

I needed to get two pairs of pants repaired and a jacket sized, so I took them in to Alter Creations and had the jacket sized and priced, as well as the pants. The price was very fair, but a little while later I changed my mind and decided I just wanted to leave the jacket as it was. They were extremely kind and patient with me, and were more than happy to waive the price of the jacket after even offering to negotiate a lower price to accommodate me and earn my business.

Overall I had a pleasant experience and I will be returning again for any of my tailoring needs. It’s a very personalized business, and I highly recommend them!!
